Description

The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (“District”) is requesting written professional proposal from qualified organizations to assist the “District” with on-call Architectural and Design Services. The selected firm or firms will assist the Districting in planning, designing and managing building projects on an as needed basis. The initial term for services shall be from Notice to Proceed through December 31, 2021, with the option to renew for three (3) successive one-year periods, upon mutual agreement by the District and the Service Provider. The scope quantity and delivery of the services are unknown at this time and the number and nature of the services may vary greatly based upon future circumstances.
