In accordance with C.R.S. § 38-26-107, notice is hereby given that Pueblo West Metropolitan District, Pueblo West, Colorado, will make final settlement with FRPHI-ECS (Contractor) on February 3, 2023 for Platteville Boulevard Waterline Canvas Dr. to Boyero Ave project, Project/Contract No.IFB-2022-W-002.
Any persons, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that has furnished labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or other supplies used or consumed by the contractor identified above or any subcontractor thereof in or about the performance of work contracted to be done or that has supplied rental machinery, tools, or equipment to the extent used in prosecution of work whose claim therefore has not been paid by the contractor or subcontractor may file with the Pueblo West Metropolitan District’s Procurement Specialist a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim, which statement must be filed on or before February 3, 2023. Any such claims must be filed with Pueblo West Metropolitan District, Department of Finance - Purchasing Division at 63 E. Spaulding Avenue, Pueblo West, CO 81007.
