06-2025 - Email Security Gateway

The Pueblo City-County Library District, herein after (“PCCLD”) issues
this Request for Proposal (“RFP) to The purpose of this project is to procure a
cloud-based Email Security Gateway that enhances protection for Google
Workspace (Gmail) by providing advanced threat protection, spam filtering,
phishing detection, and email encryption. The solution must be off-premise
and seamlessly integrate with Google Workspace's administrative suite for policy
management and monitoring.
The district intends to apply for discounts on the Scope of Work listed in this RFP
through the federal Universal Service Support Mechanism for Schools and
Libraries, commonly known as “E-rate” but may also use budgeted operating funds
for procurement. Several criteria and restrictions pertinent to the E-rate program
are included herein Section 10 (E-Rate Requirements) and must be met by the
successful vendor in order for the proposal to be considered a Qualified Proposal.
