The Pueblo City-County Library District, herein after (“PCCLD”) issues this Request for Proposal (“RFP) for internal network connections and installation, warranty, and services as described in the Scope of Work Section 8. PCCLD has eight library locations throughout Pueblo County, Colorado, and provides public library services. A single vendor is not required to respond to all procurements but may do so. If a single vendor wishes to submit a proposal for multiple services, they may submit bundled pricing but also must submit a proposal for non-bundled pricing to facilitate cost comparison.
: Scope of Work: The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks: (1) Migration of the existing Avaya IP Office telephony system, currently hosted on a Windows Server 64-bit 2008 R2 Enterprise Operating system with 4GB of RAM, to a VOIP Hosted service and the Porting of PCCLD associated telephony numbers to this VOIP hosted service should be included in work. (2) Provisioning and configuration of 106 standard users and 25 advanced users or call analytic access users. (3) Inclusion and configuration of National 911 service with full compliance to relevant regulations. (4) Provision of any associated professional services required for a successful migration. (5) Monthly specific billing for the telephony services provided. (6) Proposals should have an option for including 80 telephony devices as hard phones. With at least three devices capable of speech to text so that any hearing impaired staff may utilize devices. (7) Optional provision of Hardware as a Service (HaaS) for the telephony devices. (8) Detailed breakdown of the Telecom Configuration and installation process.
