Description

Platte River and the utilities of its owner municipalities of Estes Park Power and Communications, Fort Collins Utilities, Longmont Power & Communications, and Loveland Water and Power, are seeking to contract with one or more consultants to provide technical assistance services to support development and delivery of commercial DSM-DER services that may include but are not limited to:

Implementation of a multifamily program
Commercial advising and assessment services
Implementation of a building tune-up program, including an enhanced maintenance and retro-commissioning paths
Fleet EV assessments and technical support
Program development support
On-call technical assistance

Program implementation may include marketing, outreach, direct installation of efficiency measures, administration, and advising & assessment services. These services will be initially focused on commercial energy efficiency but may expand into other distributed energy resources. This may include but will not be limited to distributed solar, distributed energy storage, demand response and beneficial electrification (e.g. electric vehicles or heating).

At Platte River’s discretion, some proposals may be awarded as an on-call and others as a sum not to exceed contract. Awarded proposals will be awarded as a three year contract, and the term will begin January 1, 2024, and extend through December 31, 2026.
