Vendors planning to submit bids are required to be represented at a Site Visit on March 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. MT. The site visit will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. MT at the front entrance of Zach Elementary School (3715 Kechter Rd.). Please RSVP an intent to attend by sending an email with the site/s listed out to strategicsourcing@psdschools.org. In the event the Mandatory Site Visit is cancelled, the Procurement Agent will notify vendors that have RSVP’ed to attend the Site Visit. Vendors who attend a cancelled Site Visit will not receive credit for attendance.
