Poudre School District intends to select a vendor from whom to purchase a virtual server environment to include the following software and hardware: • VMWare Enterprise or approved equal software • VMWare Management or approved equal software • Host server: Dell PowerEdge 2950 or approved equal to serve as the VMWare host server 16GB memory Minimum 2 x 73GB hot swap SAS drives • Storage: Dell PowerVault MD3000i or approved equal to serve as centralized disk storage for hosting virtual machine files and associated data Minimum 1.5TB of usable host swap disk
