Vendors planning to submit bids are required to be represented at a Site Visit on January 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. MT. The site visit will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. MT at the front entrance of Werner Elementary School, followed by Traut Elementary School, please RSVP an intent to attend by sending an email with the site/s listed out to strategicsourcing@psdschools.org.

In the event the Mandatory Site Visit is cancelled, the Procurement Agent will notify vendors that have RSVP’ed to attend the Site Visit. Vendors who attend a cancelled Site Visit will not receive credit for attendance.
In the event the District is unable to host the scheduled site visit, a Rain Date Site Visit is scheduled for January 27, 2025, at_2:00 p.m. MT. The site visit will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. MT at the front entrance of Werner Elementary School.

This is not an optional secondary site visit. If a vendor is unable to attend the Mandatory Site Visit scheduled on January 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. MT, the bid submission will be disqualified from evaluation.
