SOQ-11-716-001 - Purchase and Development of the Washington School Property

Summary of Specifications:
The Poudre School District R-1 (District) will prequalify, via this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Development Teams interested in purchasing and developing the property in order to best serve the interests of the District, City of Fort Collins and community in how the property is ultimately developed. This RFQ WILL NOT ask for nor address issues relative to the proposed sale price of the property. The RFQ will only address the development concepts and the buyers demonstrated ability and qualifications to develop the property. The property is described as follows: The Washington School building/site, approximately 1.75 acres of Block 7 in the Scott Sherwood Subdivision located in Fort Collins, Colorado. The subject property is in the City Park Neighborhood and is generally bounded by Shields Street, West Olive Street, Scott Street, and the east/west alley bisecting Block 7.
