Summary of Specifications:
PSD is interested in obtaining the services of an electronics recycling/disposal company that meets the EPA guidelines for the management of “end-of-life” electronics on an on-going basis for a period of two years (September 2007 through August 2009) with an option of three one-year renewals. At the end of the term, the District may elect to either re-bid or renegotiate the existing agreement.
