RFP-09-69N-001 - 403(b) Plan Provider Services

Summary of Specifications:
Poudre School District R-1 (“PSD”) is soliciting proposals from licensed qualified 403(b) plan providers for a safe, secure 403(b) plan at little or no cost to employees. The plan provider will provide a 403(b) plan for approximately 4,000 employees that complies with the recent 403(b) regulatory changes. Plan providers that have prior success working with public school employees and are qualified to provide administrative, recordkeeping, compliance and communication services for the Poudre School District 403(b) Plan that is exempt from the requirements of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (ERISA) are invited to respond to this RFP. PSD intends to select no more than five (5) plan providers from responding organizations. While the services of the selected plan providers may be subject to annual review, it is expected that services to PSD will continue for a period of at least five (5) years or until further notice, if later.
