Pitkin County is seeking interested parties for the provision of Construction Management/General Contractor Services for the Electrification of the Pitkin County Library (Library) and Schultz Health and Human Services (HHS) Building at 120 N Mill St, Aspen, CO and 405 Castle Creek Road, Aspen, CO. Pitkin County and their Design Team are developing the final scope of work, drawings and specifications for an electrification, and other various improvements of both the Library and HHS buildings. In addition, the County requires the CM/CG to scope, manage and complete several small capital projects within the HHS building summer/fall 2025.
