General Notice
Parker Water and Sanitation District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following
Project:
WISE Pump Station
Bids shall be submitted to Bidnet by 2:00 PM on Friday December 15, 2023, and reviewed by District
team. Contractors shall be notified by email or phone as to the results of bidding.
The Project includes the following Work:
Work includes a new vertical turbine pump station with a cast-in-place wetwell with associated
chemical feed and storage facilities for sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, and liquid
ammonium sulfate. A cast-in-place Flow Control Vault containing two electrically actuated plunger
valves is required to feed the pump station.

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023 at 1pm, at Parker Water
& Sanitation District’s Water Purification Facility located at 13940 Ancestry Drive, Parker CO 80134.
Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.
