Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified contractors to provide demolition and installation of a bathhouse in Park County, Colorado. The bathhouse foundation and walls will all stay the same, with the inside being fully renovated. This will require electrical, plumbing, and demolition work.
