Scope of Work

Interior Rehabilitation

Rehabilitate floor framing and stair framing at public circulation paths.
Complete rehabilitation at lower section of Tower
Rehabilitate floor decks along designated public circulation paths through the building.
Rehabilitate and reconstruct interior wood stairs along designated public circulation paths through the building.
Construct handrails at the interior stairs and high walking platforms along designated public circulation pathways

Electrical Rehabilitation

Install historically compatible lighting along public circulation pathways
Install historically compatible lighting to highlight interpretive features and displays in the building
Install power receptacles throughout the mill interior

Proposals must include:

A timeline for submission of the deliverables.

This project must be completed by June 16, 2024

A cost estimate and payment schedule for the work to be performed.
A list of proposed subcontractors (e.g. structural engineer, landscape architect)
Demonstration of the consultant’s ability to meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards for Historic Architecture (36 CFR 61).
References from previous clients for completion of similar projects.
