RFP_PMMD-2020-2 - Brick Screen Wall Condition Assessment and Summary Report

The Metro District requests that the selected CONSULTANT inspect the condition of the brick screen walls (both faces) and determine which areas of wall need full or partial replacement.  Additionally, the DISTRICT requests that the selected CONSULTANT identify the costs associated with 
restoring the walls (including full or partial replacement) to an improved level of placement based 
on factors such as safety, aesthetics, and long-term integrity and performance; identify the 
approach to needed repairs/replacements, coordinate with the City concerning all public outreach 
and communications; and develop an estimate of improvements costs including the impacts of 
cost based on various durations of the project.
