Sealed Bids will be received by the Park Meadows Metropolitan District (hereinafter referred to
as “OWNER”), at the office of IMEG Corporation, 9222 Teddy Lane, Lone Tree, Colorado
80124 (hereinafter referred to as "ENGINEER”) until 2:00 p.m., local time, May 18, 2018 for
Park Meadows Metropolitan District 2018 Median Rehabilitation at said place and time, and
promptly thereafter, all Bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contract provides for the hardscape rehabilitation of flagstone medians on Lone Tree
Parkway, Quebec Street, and Park Meadows Drive. Hardscape rehabilitation includes median
paving and mortar removal and replacement.
