DQ1 EGBA 2025000547 - Workplace Investigation Services

The Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) has a need to procure the ad-hoc vendor services to conduct workforce investigations. While typically workforce investigations are conducted by the OIT Human Resources Team, there are cases where a third party, external investigation is required. The need to open an investigation is determined by the OIT Chief People Officer or other OIT executive following existing practice, policy, and statute. Examples of these investigations include but are not limited to: unlawful harassment/discrimination, employment disputes; legal issues regarding the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Colorado Employment Security Act, and/or Affirmative Action.
