OIT is seeking to deploy an online solution that will provide skill self-assessment, and identify needed learning paths targeted at employees in information technology roles. The solution should provide learning paths to close each identified skill gap. This would ideally include online training content for those identified gaps, along with post-learning testing and skills assessments to measure mastery levels, but at a minimum must provide a suggested learning path. The user base is up to approximately 1100 current employees.
