08042022 - Online File and Document Management Solution

The Colorado Office of the State Public Defender (OSPD) seeks to replace the existing file and document management solution (mix of Dropbox and Windows file servers) with an enterprise storage solution that will provide a better way to manage its data and can scale to multiple petabytes and hundreds of millions of files. OSPD ‘s expectation is a solution that provides anytime-anywhere access to case files by its staff whether they are on premise, in their perspective offices, or at the various court houses around the state in trial.
