Description

The State of Colorado Judicial Department issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to seek qualified investigators to assist the Human Resources Division in investigating complaints filed by employees alleging improper conduct that violates Department policies. Contractors will perform workplace investigations, and any related services, on an as-needed basis. A more detailed background and a scope of work is posted in “Exhibit A” of the draft contractor agreement set forth in Section 6.
