21010 - TRT w/access to MAT Svs and/or Withdrawal Management Svs (El Paso & Teller Cnty)

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the 4th Judicial District Probation Department, referred to herein as “the Judicial or Probation Department,” issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of selecting a provider or providers to deliver Transitional Residential Treatment (TRT) with access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services and Withdrawal Management services, to eligible individuals involved in the 4th Judicial District criminal justice system. The Judicial Department has a requirement for Transitional Residential Treatment (TRT) specific only to the area of the 4th Judicial District through a Correctional Treatment Board Grant Program.
Adults with any of the following 4th Judicial criminal justice system statuses are eligible for both Transitional Residential Treatment (TRT) services and Withdrawal Management services (unless otherwise indicated) through this funding, unless they are for services that are funded by Medicaid AND the client is Medicaid eligible: Pre-Trial (Bond/Summons); Diversion; Probation; Community Corrections; Parole; and Work Release/Jail Treatment Aftercare (TRT services only).
 
PUBLIC AGENCY CLAUSE:  The Judicial Department intends that other public agencies shall have the option to participate in any award made as a result of this solicitation, subject to the Respondent’s acceptance.  The Judicial Department shall incur no financial responsibility or liability in connection with the purchase by another public agency.  Each public agency shall accept sole responsibility for its own order placement and payments to the successful Respondent.
