23011 - Restorative Justice - Building Statewide Capacity

The State of Colorado Judicial Department (Judicial Department), by and through the Colorado Restorative Justice Coordinating Council (RJ Council), issues this Request for Proposals. The RJ Council’s mission is “to advance restorative justice principles and practices throughout Colorado by providing gateways to information, networking and support,” with a vision of restorative values and practices being integrated across Colorado’s systems and communities. The RJ Council seeks a strategic partner for a multi-year collaboration. This strategic collaborative partner would provide a range of services that align with and extend the RJ Council’s capacity to carry out its mission and priorities to develop and support RJ programs, practitioners, and practices throughout Colorado. A more detailed background and a scope of work is posted in “Exhibit A” of the draft contractor agreement set forth in Section 6.
