The OADC is looking for a long-term partner relationship with a software development and support
vendor that could last 10+ years. Therefore, both the vendor and the developed system must be
reliable, agile, and responsive to the organization's ongoing growth and changing needs, which could
include additional technologies and databases that interface with this developed system. The OADC’s
vendor point of contact is retiring in December 2025. Therefore, the OADC is seeking a new vendor
that can begin immediately to have completely functional software by December 2024. Please see the attached RFI document for more information.
