The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the 18th Judicial District Courts and Probation and the Office of the State Court Administrator, referred to herein as “the Judicial Department,” issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of selecting a provider to provide project management services for the creation of the 23rd Judicial District. House bill 20-1026 created a new Judicial District (23rd), effective January 7, 2025. Part of the appropriation for this bill included funds for the Department to solicit and contract with a vendor to help manage and coordinate the creation of and the transition to the new judicial district. This solicitation will result in selecting the project management vendor to meet the needs of the Department and lead to a fully functional Judicial District, independent in all aspects from the 18th Judicial District by January 7, 2025.
