Proposals must be received by the date and time indicated within the Electronic Bidding System to be considered for award. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Electronic Bidding System. Late Request for Proposals and Request for Proposals received by any other means will not be accepted or considered for award. It is the Respondent’s responsibility to ensure that they leave adequate time to submit all materials electronically. Proposals must include any Addendum Acknowledgements.

The Electronic Bidding System will not allow submissions to be entered at or after the due date and time. Ensure you have sufficient time to upload all documents.

Any award(s) resulting from this Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be made available to other public agencies, per Section 3. of the Colorado Judicial Department's Solicitation Terms and Conditions (see Documents/Items of this RFP).
