The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR),
collectively referred to herein as “the Judicial Department,” issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to seek qualified
individuals or organizations to provide professional mediation services statewide or regionally pursuant to the Colorado
Dispute Resolution Act, C.R.S. § 13-22-306 to assist residents of Colorado in-person or remotely to mediate and resolve
legal disputes as well as court cases. This RFQ seeks to establish qualified mediators who can deliver services including
but not limited to services through an integrated web-based Online Dispute Resolution platform. The
Judicial Department makes no guarantee to order any quantities of services to any awarded providers.
Upon completion of the RFQ and if required, an interview process, the Judicial Department may execute Master
Agreements with all or none of the qualified Respondents, as determined by the Judicial Department.
