23014 - Leadership Coaching Management Consultant

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the Office of the State Court Administrator, referred to herein as “the Judicial Department or the Department,” issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of selecting a professional services consultant to assist the Judicial Department with leadership coaching and management consulting services for specific judicial districts.  The professional consultant will provide individual coaching among the leadership team, which may include delivery in group format as well. The individual coaching and growth will be driven to support a common platform of leadership direction derived by the district’s desired culture vision.
