Description

The State of Colorado Judicial Department issues this Informal Service Request (ISR) for the purpose of selecting a contractor to create and provide Domestic Violence and Child Abuse trainings to two separate audiences: court-appointed Child and Family Investigators (CFI) and Parental Responsibility Evaluators (PRE) and, secondly, judicial officers and staff and other court professionals.

The Judicial Department does not anticipate the project will exceed two (2) years, and Respondents should structure their proposed schedule and pricing accordingly.

The initial budget for this project is $100,000, which represents the maximum available funding for the anticipated project term. This budget is expected to cover all deliverables associated with the initial scope of work, regardless of whether the work is completed within two (2) years or through the use of an optional extension.
