Description

This solicitation is to select a provider to operate a court reminder program as required by Colorado Senate Bill (SB) 19-036 and amended per SB22-018. The court reminder program has been active, per SB19-036 since July 1, 2020. The court reminder program reminds criminal defendants and juvenile participants to appear at each of their scheduled court appearances and provide reminders about any unplanned court closures.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals must be received by the date and time indicated within the Electronic Bidding System to be considered for award. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Electronic Bidding System. Late Request for Proposals and Request for Proposals received by any other means will not be accepted or considered for award. It is the Respondent’s responsibility to ensure that they leave adequate time to submit all materials electronically. Proposals must include any Addendum Acknowledgements.
The Electronic Bidding System will not allow submissions to be entered after the due date and time.
Any award(s) resulting from this Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be made available to other public agencies, per Section 3. of the Colorado Judicial Department's Solicitation Terms and Conditions (see Documents/Items of this RFP).
