Description

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the 10th Judicial District Probation Department (Probation) and Problem Solving Court (PSC) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of selecting one (1) or more licensed contractors to provide Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) approved outpatient substance abuse treatment and/or transitional residential substance abuse treatment (TRT) for clients referred by Probation/PSC. Respondents are not required to offer all the services listed in this RFP to be eligible for award. Prospective contractors must be able to show their staff is qualified via education and training to work with the criminal justice population.
