The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) on behalf of the Northern Colorado Compounds of Emerging Concern (CEC) Program is requesting proposals from Graphic Designer Firms for the development of outreach material. The work will generally consist of graphic design services to develop public outreach materials in the form of an infographic for the CEC program. This outreach material will be the first method of communication about the CEC program to customers and should include a broad overview of the program and high-level summary of what types of compounds we monitor for and what the results mean to customers.
