The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) is requesting proposals from
consultants for environmental planning services to support East Troublesome Fire recovery and facility
operation and maintenance projects. The total number of projects is unknown at the time of release of
this RFP. Final fire recovery projects will be approved by Federal Lead Agencies during 2023, and
final operation and maintenance projects will be determined by regular inspections, funding
availability and other factors.
