Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity Enterprise, owned by the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (“the Enterprise”), is soliciting proposals for appraisal and appraisal-related services. The Enterprise’s intent is to enter into master contracts with one or more appraisers and/or appraisal firms to provide services on an as-needed basis for an undetermined number of parcels.
