The objective of this project is to contract with laboratories to conduct regulatory-compliant analysis of wastewater samples from the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF) located at 6450 York Street Denver, Colorado 80229. Testing must align with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations and support compliance with discharge permit requirements. Selected labs will provide timely, accurate data using approved analytical methods, maintain strict QA/QC standards, and deliver reports suitable for regulatory submission.

Notices may include RFP addendums, modifications, questions and answers, clarifications to requirements, and award announcements. It is the responsibility of vendors to monitor Bidnet for any such notices. Communications outside of the Bidnet system must be approved by the Issuing Office of Metro Water Recovery. Vendors are required to acknowledge receipt of all addendums in the cover letter of their proposal.
