1. All vendors wishing to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference must RSVP through BidNet no later than 24 hours prior to the conference start. No more than two attendees per vendor. The RSVP must include the vendor’s name, name(s) of the attendees, and phone number(s) of the attendees. The attendees will be added to the NTP visitor’s log. The attendee must be on the visitor’s log to enter the facility. A valid, government-issued photo ID will also be required to enter the facility.
