  Event Note

  A confidential, voluntary one-on-one meeting with Metro’s staff will be scheduled for interested contractors.  This meeting is led by the Contractor, is limited to one (1) per contractor, and a maximum duration of 1.5 hours.  Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.  
   
  Date range for these meetings is shown in the Schedule of Events included in the RFP document.  To arrange a meeting date and time, please contact the Metro Project Manager.  Metro-specific guidelines will be transmitted to Contractor upon scheduling of a meeting.  Accommodation will depend on staff availability, and no meetings with Metro staff will be scheduled after the dates indicated in the Schedule of Events.
