PAR-1321 - PAR 1321 - IT Master Plan

The Metro District (District or Utility) is initiating its first IT Master Plan to craft a strategic approach to planning information technology assets that reflect the District’s strategic goals.  This plan will be developed with a 5-year planning horizon to evaluate strategic IT priorities and to inform critical business decisions over the next few years as the District continues to invest in IT (software, hardware, business process refinement and training) that supports its expanding portfolio of automation and streamlined processes.  The District intends to engage consulting firms to complete the plan using it’s IT and collaborative expertise to bring forth an executable strategic approach.
