Description

Mesa County Public Library District (MCPLD) is inviting and requesting proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the construction of the Clifton Capital Project. The planned construction of a new library building will have approximately 21,000 square feet of interior space with parking facilities on the northern portion of the site (see Exhibit C). Preliminary project estimates have fallen between $8.2 million to $11.6 million, thus the District is targeting the overall project budget to be $8.5 million.

The Board intends to engage a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) which will work with the Mesa County Public Library Board of Trustees, the Architect, and MCPLD staff to help develop a Building Program and Construction Project which incorporates prioritized needs within budgeted funds.
