Mesa County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide construction management, inspection, and owner assurance testing for the Orchard Avenue - Phase 1 Project. This FHWA BUILD/CDOT RMS funded project will follow all FHWA and CDOT requirements. Consultants must provide and experienced Project Engineer, Inspector, and Materials Tester with backgrounds on FHWA, CDOT, or CDOT Local Agency contracted projects.
