Mesa County has scheduled a mandatory Pre-Bid meeting / walk-through of the project for November 26, 2018, 3:00 PM on site where questions will be answered. All questions after the walk through must come in writing to the Owner’s Representative no later than 2:00 p.m. November 29, 2018. Contractors are not allowed to call the Facilities Department with any questions after the mandatory site tour.
