The Facilities Department of Mesa County, Colorado is requesting competitive proposals from qualified and interested companies for the remodel of an existing commercial kitchen into an office space for the Mesa County Behavioral Health department located at 551 Chipeta Avenue, Grand Junction, CO. Work includes demolition and addition of interior structural and nonstructural walls and foundations to create office space. Existing kitchen equipment will be removed.
