2023-01 - LFRA Burn Prop

Proposals must be received electronically by the LFRA Purchasing team at lfra-accounting@lfra.org or by mail or hand delivery to Loveland Fire Rescue Authority - Purchasing, 410 East 5th Street, Loveland, CO 80537, on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on June 28, 2023 ("Submission Deadline") , at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened. Telephone or facsimile proposals will not be accepted.

Proposers electing to submit proposals by email are recommended to confirm receipt by calling Greg Ward: 970-962-2806, as LFRA will not search for emailed submissions that are not delivered,  or are delivered to "spam" or "junk" folders. Proposals submitted by email must contain the following "Subject" line: "CONFIDENTIAL -- Proposal for LFRA Burn Prop (Proposer's Name)".

Proposers electing to submit proposals by mail or hand delivery must enclose the proposal in an opaque sealed envelope clearly labeled “Proposal for LFRA Burn Prop -- DO NOT OPEN” with the Proposer’s name.

The LFRA Purchasing Administrator will receive, date, and time stamp all proposals upon receipt.  Proposals that are not received by the Submission Deadline set forth above will not be considered.  LFRA is not responsible for delays occasioned by the U.S. Postal Service, the LFRA internal mail delivery system, or any other means of delivery employed by the Proposer. Please note that the LFRA internal email server scans all emails with attachments and may delay the receipt of those emails by up to 5 minutes, so Proposers should plan their submittal time accordingly.
