The proposal and pricing (in separate, sealed envelopes) will be accepted electronically via BidNet OR by physical bid submission. For physical bid submission, one (1) original hard copy proposal and a digital copy on a flash drive should be delivered by hand or by mail, or other delivery service, to Littleton Public Schools – Education Services Center, Attn: Purchasing Department, 5776 S. Crocker St., Littleton, CO 80120, by February 6, 2023, 2 p.m. (MST).

Windermere St., Littleton, CO 80120, by February 15, 2023.

The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a period of 6 or 7 years, with an option to renew for 1 year. Bidders should provide one proposal for 6 years and one proposal for 7 years, both with an option to renew for 1 year. In addition, include pricing for approximately 30 student consumables for a 5 year duration, a 4 year duration, a 3 year duration, a 2 year duration, and a 1 year duration, in the event additional student consumables are needed during the adoption period.
