Description

Littleton Public Schools, Arapahoe County School District #6 (the District), is issuing this Invitation to Bid for the 2018 Bond Program, BP-12 Middle & High School Turf Security Projects, project is scheduled for completion by August 3, 2021.
Contractors and consultants will be expected to cooperate with the District’s separate consultants and
contractors, coordinating and planning details of all work through the District’s Program Management
Consultant (Jacobs).
It is the intent of the District to contract this scope of work via an Electrical Contractor, per the Terms &
Conditions of the enclosed Agreement, General Conditions and Supplementary General Conditions of the Contract. The selected contractor is responsible for solicitation and contracting of all subcontractors for this scope of work.

MANDATORY PRE-BID WALK: A pre-bid walk of the Arapahoe/Heritage/Littleton High Schools,
Euclid/Goddard/Powell Middle Schools will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021, beginning at 9:00 AM at
Arapahoe High School (west side at turf field). A limit of two (2) personnel per company are allowed at the walk due to COVID. ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID WALK IS MANDATORY.

After the pre-bid walk is concluded, questions are to be submitted via BidNet. Questions are not to be e-mailed to any other LPS or Jacobs individuals.
Written questions received by 2:00 PM on March 29, 2021 will be responded to and responses will be distributed via BidNet to all participating Bidders on April 2, 2021 by 5:00 PM, MST.
RETURN BID TO: Electronic Bids to be submitted via BidNet, by 2:00 PM April 7, 2021.
BID OPENING DATE: To be held internally, successful respondent will be contacted by Project
Manager.
LOCATION: Electronic Bids received will be internally reviewed by the selection committee.
BID BOND DELIVERY: Bid Bonds are to be delivered hard copy original on April 7, 2021 between 9:00AM – 11:00, deliver to the Jacobs Site Office (Trailer) 5759 S. Windermere Street, Littleton, CO 80120.
