A mandatory online pre-bid meeting will be held 10:30am - 12:00 pm (MST) on October 20, 2025. Vendors planning to submit a proposal must attend this meeting in order for their submission to be considered responsive. Attendance will be verified and recorded.
The pre-bid meeting will provide an overview of the RFP, review key project requirements, and outline expectations for proposal submission. Vendors will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
Participants may join the meeting using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure their device is compatible with Google Meet and that a stable internet connection is available.
