Littleton Public Schools, Arapahoe County School District #6 (the District), is issuing this Invitation to Bid for the 2018 Bond Program, for Dr Justina Ford Elementary School and Little Raven Elementary School. The project will consist of removing the existing LVT flooring in the cafeteria of both schools and replacing it with new Arago Serene 5180 from Nora flooring. Flooring to be replaced during spring break (March 25-29) while students are not in the facility.

A pre-bid walk will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024, beginning at 3:30 PM at Little Raven Elementary School, 6390 S. Windermere St, Littleton, CO 80120 followed by visit to Ford
Elementary School, 7300 South Clermont Drive, CO 80122. A limit of two (2) personnel per company are allowed at the walk to minimize interruptions to students and staff. ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID WALK IS MANDATORY.
