MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: April 11, 2025 @ 09:00 AM (Colorado Time)
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 200 W. Oak Street, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80524. We will meet all vendors outside at the South-East Corner of the Oak Street Parking/Sidewalk by the Electrical Vehicle Charging Station. There was no rooms available to hold this meeting indoors. This meeting will start promptly at 09:00 a.m., so please arrive early to sign in. Representatives from both Larimer County will be present to provide a guided tour to the roof and answer questions Firms are instructed to arrive early and only bring those employees that are necessary to generate their bid.
IMPORTANT
Bids will ONLY be accepted from firms that attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Attending vendors are required to sign-in. Any bid received from a firm that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected. It is the firm’s responsibility to ensure that the business name on the Signature Page of their bid is the same name as listed on the mandatory pre-bid attendance sheet.
