Note: You will be required to attach one (1) file for the confidential proposal AND one (1) file for the redacted proposal; these may be the same file if your confidential proposal contains nothing that is confidential.

Proposals shall be a maximum of 40 pages with no significant font less than 10 pt, and address all items listed below.
