The Board of Larimer County Commissioners will only be accepting proposals electronically submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (Bidnet) portal, at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/larimer-county/, up to 4/18/2023 at 2:00 p.m. (MT), at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened, to consider entering into a contract with a qualified consulting firm to conduct a statistically valid county-wide survey to identify public perceptions and desired uses (within the allowable uses) of the “Help Preserve Open Space “sales tax.
